REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

(As per Direct Selling Guidelines, 2016 & Consumer Protection (Direct Selling) Rules, 2021)

1. Objective
This Refund and Return Policy is established in compliance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Consumer Protection (Direct Selling) Rules, 2021, and the Guidelines for Direct Selling Entities and Direct Sellers, 2016 issued by the Government of India. The purpose of this policy is to ensure transparency, fairness, and consumer protection for all Independent Distributors / Direct Sellers / Customers of WINNFRA GLOBAL PRIVATE LIMITED.

2. Eligibility for Refund or Return
A refund or return will be applicable under the following conditions:

  • The product is purchased directly from WINNFRA GLOBAL PRIVATE LIMITED or through an authorized Direct Seller.
  • The refund claim is made within 30 days from the date of invoice.
  • The product is unused, unopened, and in saleable condition.
  • The product packaging, batch number, and invoice must be intact and verified by the company.
  • The product was not purchased as part of any special promotion, clearance, or offer where refund terms were clearly excluded.

3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refund or return requests will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Product is opened, used, damaged, or partially consumed.
  • Product is returned without original invoice.
  • Product was purchased beyond 30 days of invoice date.
  • Product was purchased during special discount, stock clearance, or promotional offer.
  • Product damage caused by improper storage, mishandling, or negligence.

4. Refund Deduction & Processing Charges
All eligible refunds will be processed after deducting applicable charges as per company policy and government guidelines. After all deductions, the net refund amount will be credited to the customer’s registered bank account.

5. Refund Timeframe
Once the refund claim is approved and verified, the company will process the refund within the following timelines:
Total time for refund completion: Approximately 15–20 working days from the date of claim approval.

6. Refund Procedure
The customer must submit a written refund claim to the company at:

  • Copy of Invoice/Bill
  • Product images (sealed & unused)
  • Reason for return/refund
  • Bank details for refund
The company will verify the product details, business volume (BV) status, and commission settlements. Upon approval, the customer will receive an official confirmation letter/email mentioning the approved refund amount and expected credit date.

7. Effect on Business Volume (BV) and Commission
The refund will lead to reversal of Business Volume (BV) associated with the purchase. Any commissions or bonuses already paid on the returned product will be deducted or adjusted from future payouts. If commissions have already been released to multiple upline members, those commissions shall be recovered or adjusted as per company policy.

8. Direct Seller Responsibility
Each Direct Seller must:

  • Disclose this Refund Policy to all retail customers before sale.
  • Accept product returns from customers within the stipulated period.
  • Submit all refund requests to the company promptly.
  • Refrain from making misleading or false refund assurances outside this policy.

9. Legal Compliance
This policy fully complies with:

  • Consumer Protection Act, 2019
  • Consumer Protection (Direct Selling) Rules, 2021
  • Direct Selling Guidelines, 2016
  • GST Act, 2017
